The supply and installation of domestic LD1 & LD2 and Environmental Sensors
Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of LD1 & LD2 Residential Property Retrofit Programme within the Borough of Swindon
Project Description
The provision of LD1 & LD2 specification fire safety systems to the housing portfolio within the Borough of Swindon. Work is to include the provision of labour, materials, plant and installation in compliance with the Specification, to render the services fully commissioned and operational. The works are to comply with relevant manufactures instructions, British Standards, COPs and all statutory English law, statutory obligations, local authority requirements and Bye Laws.
The initial contract term will be for 36 months with an option to extend for a further 24 months (1 periods of 24 months) for a potential total contract term of 5 years as stated in the ITT documents. Estimated contract spend is £6,420,000.00 across the initial 3 year contract term and £10,700,000.00 across the potential total 5 year contract term.

To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents.
