PA Housing is seeking expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced suppliers for the delivery of repairs and voids services across London and the South East. This will comprise of 24/7 delivery of responsive repairs to circa 14,500 properties in London (8240), Surrey (6107), Sussex (18), Hertfordshire (56) and Berkshire (128) and works to bring empty properties back to a lettable standard.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement

The contract will be for the delivery of reactive repairs (24/7) and works to empty properties to return them to a lettable standard.The contract will be awarded to a single Service Provider under a 7 years (3+2+2) Partnering Contract. The total estimated value of the contract is c£105M, with additional optional component replacement works in scope which may be included at a later stage.PA Housing is following a three-stage Competitive Dialogue procurement process in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015. Under the first stage of the process, prospective bidders are required to complete a Selection Questionnaire (SQ) and its associated appendices. Following evaluation of submitted SQ's, PA Housing anticipates shortlisting up to six bidders to be Invited to Submit Detailed Solutions (ISDS) under the second stage of the process. Following evaluation of received ISDS submissions, PA Housing anticipates shortlisting three Tenderers to be invited to participate in Competitive Dialogue and submit Final Tenders.Full details of the requirements and instructions are included in the SQ documents, specifically the descriptive document which provides details of the contract and the procurement process.
