The Association wish to appoint a main contractor to undertake the new build construction of 20 no. new build CAT1 social housing units at Clonaver Drive, Belfast for the following mix of accommodation:  14no 3 Person 2 Bed apartments  2no 3 person 2 bed wheelchair apartments  4no 2 person 1 bed apartments The scheme has been programmed to commence within the 2023/24 financial year and is included within the Social Housing Development Programme for this period. A Planning application is still pending (Ref: LA04/2023/2709/F).
