Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee.
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:
Council received funding from Transport Scotland through the Community Bus Fund which was launched on 22nd September 2023. This capital funding must be used to support the objectives of improving connectivity, integration between modes or to provide innovative transport solutions in areas of rural deprivation.
