The London Borough of Redbridge is seeking to procure a specialised operator with experience of running climbing centres, who will, take on the building and fit it out as a climbing centre, and operate the climbing centre, initially for a five-year period, with a robust and creative business plan to grow the operation, and ultimately to provide an annual revenue return to the Council.
