CHP wishes to commission experienced and appropriately qualified organisations for the provision of voids (empty homes) cleaning, clearance and garden works. CHP may also require ad hoc services to be carried out in occupied properties or communal areas/estates. CHP turn over approximately 660 voids each year.

Our requirements have been split into three lots (see below) and it is our intention to award one contractor lots 1 and 2, and two contractors for lot 3.

Contractors are permitted to bid for one lot only.
