Medway Council wish to appoint an experienced and professional contractor to undertake for the Healthy Living Centre, within The Pentagon Centre, Chatham.

Principle Works Contractor for the Healthy Living Centre located on the first floor of the Pentagon shopping centre. The HLC will consist of two GP practices and a community services facility which will need to be fully fitted out by the Contractor (except for Group 3 furniture). The Contractor will also create a shell space for a Pharmacy for which, as of the time of tender, an occupier has yet to be identified.
