VII.2) Information about modifications
VII.2.1) Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):
Clearwater Technology Ltd is now replacing Chemical Treatment Services Ireland Ltd for Lot 10, Section 10.3 SEHSCT.
VII.2.2) Reasons for modification
Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee.
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:
This modification is being made under the provisions set out in Regulations 72 (1) (a).
Original Contract for Section 10.3 SEHSCT terminated immediately following award and as specified in the tender documentation SS20b TEMMS 'Should a Tenderer not accept a Contract or a Contract is terminated, the Contract will be offered to the bidder ranked next in the evaluation for the relevant Section'. The Contract was offered to the next ranked bidder, Clearwater Technology Ltd for this Section.
