Northumbria Police are seeking to award a contract for an Automatic Access Control System (AACS) to control access to police premises. This contract includes the provision of ongoing servicing, maintenance, and support.
The Force are looking for one contractor to be able to deliver this service in full for an initial contract duration of 36 months. The Force has the option to extend the contract by a further 12-month duration, this will be based on the successful contractor's performance, the requirement still being needed and budget provision. The total contract duration will not exceed 48 months.
