L&Q are looking to appoint contractors in the following areas of work -

Servicing and Maintenance of All Plant Room Equipment (Communal Heating Plant)

Servicing and Maintenance of Communal Distribution Networks

Servicing and Maintenance of Controls

Servicing and Maintenance of Individual Unit Equipment

System Monitoring and Efficiency Optimising

The contract is split into two LOTS, LOT 1 North & Lot 2 South

L&Q will be using a JCT MTC 2016 with amendments. The Contract will be for three years with two optional two-year extensions.
