Translink” is establishing a Framework for the provision of Signalling and Telecoms (S and T) Contractor works to support the delivery of Translink’s programme of capital and maintenance works. These are expected to range from standalone renewals and refurbishments to large S and T-led projects that entail multi-disciplinary design and construction. The scope types that are required under the Framework will typically comprise the following: Signalling, Telecoms, Systems, Electrification and Plant (E and P), Civils, permanent way and structures work associated with S and T projects and Testing and commissioning.
