Ridgway prides itself on being able to supply bespoke plant machinery to meet customers’ needs. These modifications were done for a customer that is in the wood recycling business.

The conversion of these standard PC210LCD-11 machines into high rise cabs was carried out in partnership with Kocurek. The customer needed the high cab to see into the shredding machines into which they load wood waste. The hydraulically elevating cabs improve the operator’s vision on waste and recycling sites and ensure more efficient material handling. 

Further customisation included the addition of a reversing fan and a wide core radiator to maximise the machine uptime while operating in the very dusty environment.
