Job Title: Assistant Project Manager
Location: Essex
Contract: 1 months freelance
Rates: £200 / day
Sector: Modular Construction

• Are you capable of writing RAMS, performing quality checks and programming?
• 1 month contract available with Modular building contractor
• Support high profile projects working with Project Managers

If you are an Assistant Project Manager looking for your next contract, this is your chance to work with a well-established Modular Building contractor who are experiencing rapid growth. Supporting a Project Manager with RAMS, Quality Checks, Programming and SHEQ, this is an excellent opportunity to play a fundamental role in the delivery of modular construction projects.

You can expect a fast-paced, team orientated environment with a project mentality. This is an excellent opportunity to have direct involvement in multi-million pound construction management practices in Construction's fastest growing sub sector - Offsite Construction. Candidates with existing modular building experience are highly desireable.

The Role:

• Writing and Reviewing RAMS
• SHEQ Monitoring
• Quality Checks
• Programming of works
• Administrational assistance on the project
• Assessing progress on site and factory
• Monitoring quality and output, appointing additional contractos where necessary
