JOB DESCRIPTION:
Maintenance Handyman required for a maintenance company that specialises in commercial maintenance. Our client is looking for reliable Maintenance Assistant to join the growing team on a large site in Wythenshawe.
This role will be a long term ongoing contract with the view to going permanent. 40 hours a week 8am - 430pm, Monday-Friday. Long term, secure work. Weekly pay. Any hours worked over 40 are paid at x1.5.
The ideal candidate will have a handyman background.
Daily responsibilities will include:
Basic maintenance repairs
Assisting skilled tradesmen
Minor painting works
Undertake general labouring duties as directed by the supervisor
Minor plastering works
General maintenance duties around the site
