Salary: £13 - £15 per hour + holiday pay

Temporary full-time opportunity.

Protocol is pleased to be working alongside a leading Further Education provider to recruit an experienced Recruitment and On-boarding Officer.

Working in a vibrant and positive learning environment, you will be responsible for assisting the experienced HR team by providing experienced mid-level advice, support and administration of the Recruitment, on boarding and off boarding function.

We are keen to hear from hardworking candidates that have the ability to work on their own initiative.

Suitable candidates will meet the following criteria:
*Ability to work at speed in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy
*Challenging managers
*Running all through process
*Writing advertisements and job descriptions
*Working and negotiating with agencies
*Familiar with pre-employment check processes
*Experience dealing with Stakeholders
*Excellent administration skills
*Experience of liaising with different departments i.e payroll, managers, employees
*Familiar with the safe recruitment process
*Up to date on all current GDPR legislation
