Associate Town Planner Job in West Sussex

This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate Town Planner to join the planning team of an AJ100 practice based from their West Sussex office (Hybrid working available).

This AJ100 practice are looking for an Associate Town Planner to join the planning team in the West Sussex Office. As a Group they employee around a 100 staff in multiple offices in the south of England. As the successful Associate Town Planner you'll be involved in various projects and sectors across residential, commercial, mixed use, leisure, education, healthcare, student accommodation, and many more.

Role & Responsibilities

- Preparation of planning appraisals and reports
- Promoting planning applications and securing permissions
- Preparation of planning appeals
- Preparing reports and statements
- Liaising with clients and local authorities
- Supporting the Directors
- Mentor and support more junior members of the team

Required Skills & Experience

- 5 years+ experience as a Town Planner
- Relevant Degree
- RTPI or working towards

- Salary of £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
