Junior Architectural Technician Job in Sevenoaks, Kent
Currently seeking candidates for a Junior Architectural Technician Job at our client's employee-owned firm in Sevenoaks. Operating from two offices with over twenty staff members, this employee-owned multidisciplinary practice offers architectural, building surveying, and project management services. Their projects range from large and small residential developments to healthcare initiatives. With their continued success, they're now hiring a Junior Architectural Technician to join their team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Working directly under senior job runners
- Preparing planning drawings
- Work on the production of high-quality technical drawing packages
- Use AutoCAD on a daily basis.
Required Skills & Experience
- Possess a minimum of 1 years of practice experience
- Skilled in the use of AutoCAD
- Current knowledge of UK regulations
- Experience in UK-based residential, commercial, or healthcare projects highly beneficial.
