Location: Manchester ( Central)
Salary: PM £40-50k SPM from £50,000+, Based on Experience

Manchester Project Manager Job Vacancy : Our client are seeking a Senior Project Manager/ Project Manager for a position based in central Manchester. This job vacancy is for a Multidisciplinary Construction Consultancy.
REQUIREMENTS
A candidate who is working towards chartered status is highly desirable for this position MCIOB qualification or equivalent professional qualification, such as MRICS or MAPM
Degree Qualified in a Construction related Subject.
Circa 2 years post qualification experience as a Project Manager or 5 years+ as a Senior Project Manager with a consultancy organisation.
Ability to set project direction aligned with business goals, inspire teams, and drive performance across multiple projects.
Deep understanding of construction methodologies, design coordination, procurement, and contract administration.
Skilled in budgeting, cost control, value engineering, and maximising profitability while delivering quality.
Expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and resolving issues before they impact timelines or budgets.
Proficient in managing various contract forms (NEC, JCT, FIDIC, etc.) and ensuring the commercial success of projects.
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Ability to manage complex project timelines, ensuring milestone achievement.
Ensures projects adhere to regulatory standards, health & safety requirements, and internal quality benchmarks.
Capable of leading through change—whether in scope, schedule, or resources—while maintaining team focus and morale.
Clear, concise communicator with ability to report progress, challenges, and strategies to leadership and clients.
To lead, develop and assist with the provision of project management services; including technical advice, pre and post contract project management services.
Some travel to Gloucester will be required.
SALARY
Salary -Project Manager £40,000- £50,000
Salary- Senior Project Manager £50,000+ per annum, dependent upon experience.
