Job Title: Freight Pricing Coordinator.
Salary: £30 - £35,000 + Commission
OTE first year £40,000
Locations: Manchester
- Communicate with clients to understand freight needs and build strong relationships for satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide accurate and competitive freight quotes and negotiate terms to secure profitable business within customer budgets.
- Stay informed about company services, articulate value propositions, and differentiate from competitors.
- Create compelling sales presentations, highlight service benefits, and assist with accurate order processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth freight movements and address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct market research, provide feedback on market trends, and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to maximise revenue.
- Set and achieve sales targets, adjust strategies based on market conditions, and stay updated on industry regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training programs and effectively use sales management software and CRM systems.
