Job Description
We are currently looking for a Site Manager (SMSTS) to run our construction project based in Thurmaston on a large internal refurbishment. This will be a 12 x month contract starting immediately.
The ideal candidate will have experience of running large internal refurbishment contractors working with large numbers of sub contractors on site.
Duties inlcude-
Management of all staff & sub contractors on site
Regular client meetings
Reading and amendments of drawings
Management of project through to completion
