Architectural Coordinator job in Dallas, TX, with an architecture and design firm, focusing on hospitality and commercial projects in the region. Offering a salary of $75,000 - $80,000 plus benefits!
Having amassed a heritage spanning over four decades, the firm is widely recognized for its proficiency in managing commercial projects nationwide. Its portfolio covers a wide range of typologies, including hospitality, commercial interiors, multifamily residences, mixed-use developments, senior living communities, educational facilities, and retail spaces.
With a team of over 65 members spread across multiple locations, the firm is poised for expansion. Currently, they seek an Architectural Coordinator I with at least 3 years of coordination experience, ideally in hospitality and/or commercial projects, to join their Dallas team. This opportunity offers individuals a chance to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to engaging projects in a thriving market.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in client relations, including presenting design concepts and client meetings
- Preparation of technical documents from SD through to CA phase
- Research materials and specifications
- Assist with project budgets and scope of works
- Construction observations and onsite visits
- Assist with submittals and RFI reviews.
Required Skills & Experience
- Degree in Architecture or similar
- 3+ years of experience (post-graduation)
- Proficient in Revit; knowledge of Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Deltek, Enscape, and SketchUp, is desirable.
