Job Description
Barker Ross are recruiting for a Plant Operative in the Ewenny area based on a 3 Month contract, up to 45 hours per week, to aid with safe site production of ready mixed concrete, and to meet daily requirements of internal administration & external customers.
Main Responsibilities of the position will include (but not limit to);
- Manually input fibre additives into mixers
- Complete daily plant inspections
- Complete daily inspection logbook
- Daily cleaning of loading and slump areas
- Collect daily information for KPI's
- Order materials to meet production needs
- Maintain Feed rate to plant to meet production demand
