We are searching for a highly motivated, organised and efficient Site Manager to support our continued growth with the following: - Oversee Site Operations - Managing Site Resources - Assist Commercials (Works Variations) - Obtaining quotes & ordering materials and plant equipment - Compiling Quality Folder alongside engineer - Process management You must have the following to be considered for this role: - Minimum HNC Construction Management - SMSTS - 3 Day First Aid - Fire Marshall - Able to demonstrate 20 years experience within the industry - Great IT skills - Our systems are all computer based This onsite role, based in Kilmaurs, would suit a candidate who is seeking a new freelance contract for around 6 months. Experience within the house building construction sector would be an advantage along with general civil engineering background. We work within the domestic & commercial sectors so no two days are the same. Interested? Apply Now!
