We're working with an independently owned Building Consultancy with offices across the UK. Their talented and experienced team are all extremely well established Consultants with the focus being on service delivery. Work is mixed including both Project Management and Contract Administration as well as professional surveying services such as pre-acquisition surveying and dilapidations with core clients being in sectors such as Industrial, Retail and Commercial offices.

There is complete parity in terms of salary, with a structured bonus directly related to fee income. So if you have a Strong background of fee income, and have been frustrated about not being correspondingly rewarded for your contribution then this is for you. There are literally no limits.
