Job Title: Head of Operations
Salary: DOE
Locations: Birmingham

• Ensuring that the day-to-day operations meet the high standards expected by our guests.
• Supporting and aligning teams to consistently deliver exceptional results that surpass expectations.
• Taking charge of both rides maintenance and ride operations teams.
• Overseeing Health and Safety protocols to ensure compliance with all policies, practices, training, and legal requirements.
• Leading efforts across the park to maximise ride up time and ensure smooth transitions, thereby enhancing the guest experience.
• Orchestrating a seamless park operation where teams collaborate effectively to achieve results and continuously enhance guest satisfaction.
• Managing payroll and operational expenses prudently to maintain company profitability.
• Fostering customer satisfaction through proactive initiatives.
• Handling incident and crisis management with skill and agility.
• Demonstrating the ability to effectively lead multiple teams.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience of working in a park / Attractions Business
• Operations Experience
• Successfully Leading an Operations Team
• Stakeholder Management
