The seven-year deals are divided into six lots, the largest of which is for maintenance of fire, lighting & control systems, with an estimated value of between £55m and £60m.
Other lots cover planned and reactive Maintenance of pumps & floodgates, compressors & pipework, air conditioning, ventilation Units, electrical installations, water, boilers, heaters, gas and building management systems.
The call for competition has been made by Tube Lines, the Transport for London body responsible for maintenance and upgrade work on the Jubilee, Northern and Piccadilly lines.
