Members of PP have stock primarily in the north west of England, and include City South Manchester Housing, Harvest Housing, and Moorlands Housing Association.
The projects will be new build and awarded mostly on a design and build basis.
The development projects will also include extra care, sheltered schemes, community centres, supported housing, and retirement villages.
There may be an element of refurbishment work as part of some schemes.
The framework has been divided into five lots. Contractors can apply for a maximum of two.
The arrangement run for upto four years from approximately May 2012. It is anticipated that PP shall a minimum of 40 contractors to the framework, and a maximum of 90.
PP will be hosting a meet the buyer event on Wednesday 30 November.
