The framework will be available to all public sector and not for profit organisations in the counties of Hampshire, Surrey, the Isle of Wight and the adjoining areas of Dorset, Wiltshire, Berkshire and West Sussex. The client authorities said that the framework would complement the existing Improvement & Efficiency South East (iESE) construction framework for major projects over £1m.
The framework has been split into three separate lots based on a geographical split of North Hampshire, South Hampshire and Surrey.
