Construction administrations fell again during the final quarter of 2009.
Provisional figures from the Insolvency Service show there were 90 construction administrations in Q4 of 2009, down from 106 in Q3. The figure for Q2 was 111.
Personal bankruptcies relating to construction business debts also fell for the second consecutive quarter.
There were 616 construction-related bankruptcies in Q3 of 2009, compared to 649 in Q2, and 704 in the Q1.
Construction receiverships were up slightly for for Q4, to 72, compared to 69 in Q3.
