Cowlin Construction wins Welsh care home deal

Balfour Beatty-subsidiary Cowlin Construction has won a £6m deal to construct a care home in Bridgend, south Wales.

The Troed Y Ton extra care development comprises 39 apartments together with associated communal facilities.

Client is Valleys to Coast Housing, in partnership with the local authority.

There were seven bidders for the contract.
