A contract notice for the work has been published in the EU Official Journal today.
The works comprise the construction of an offshore riverside berth facility to include a floating pontoon, linkspan, berthing and mooring dolphins, associated dredging works and the construction of a 250m-long approach jetty.
Landside works include the provision of a terminal area as well as paving, drainage, site services, lighting and fencing works.
