The contractors would be responsible for responsive repairs, void work and maintenance in the West Midlands, Hereford & Worcester and surrounding areas.
There are two lots up for grabs – North (including Dudley, Walsall and Staffordshire), valued in the range of £30m to £36m; and South (including Birmingham, Coventry and Worcester), valued at £20, to £24m.
