AD – Architectural Decorators – will replace doors and windows at approximately 600 properties a year across southeast and eastern England. Its contract runs for 10 years, by which time a third of Orbit South’s housing stock of 18,000 properties is expected to have been renewed.
AD’s bid of £22.5m for the complete 30-year programme was less than half the highest bid, which came in at nearly £49m.
