The company, which specialises in the supply of operated and self-drive surfacing equipment, bought its first Kramer back in 2007 but it was subsequently stolen. This was replaced with a 280 model in 2009 and now a larger 750 model has been added to the fleet by local Kramer dealer, John Cornthwaite Farm Machinery.

Pavertec managing director John Ralphs said: “In my opinion Kramer builds by far the best machines for our application as they are reliable, highly manoeuvrable and quiet, and they have plenty of hydraulic power to run hand-held breakers.”

Pavertec’s plant fleet includes 10 pavers. The two Kramer loaders are kept busy mainly on site preparation and hand-laying works as well as a variety of general materials handling and scraping operations.
