APS seeks Hinowa dealers

5 Sep 12 Access Platform Sales (APS) is looking for dealers for the Italian-made Hinowa equipment for which it has secured exclusive import rights.

APS is now selling Hinowa rough terrain tracked mini dumpers and ride-on tracked fork lifts as well as the tracked boom aerial work platforms that it has sold for years.

APS is launching the products at the Institute of Groundsmanship’s IOG Saltex exhibition at Windsor Racecourse this week.

Richard Tindale, managing director of APS, said: “Hinowa has a deserved reputation for innovative products that are durable, robust and easy to use. These machines deliver efficiency and safety benefits, making light work of a wide variety of landscaping and horticultural applications, particularly in rough terrain.

“We have an experienced sales team for our access platforms, but need specialist agents in other industry sectors including landscaping and grounds care.”

The compact Hinowa tracked forklifts are easy to transport from site to site on a trailer. Hydraulic widening increases the machine width from 1.24m to 1.8m, allowing the units to lift and carry loads of up to 2,000kg on severe slopes. A range of attachments is also available to increase versatility, including a crane kit, pole/pillar holder kit, spool kit and an extended forks kit.

Hinowa offers seven mini-dumpers on tracks, most of which are narrow enough to fit through a standard garden gate. Available powered by petrol, diesel, or battery, these dumpers can carry loads of up to 2,500kg. The machines can be fitted with a range of options including self-loader, high tipper, mini-excavator, farm bed, spray kit, levelling blade and hydraulic winch.
