Arcadis has €8.2m (£6.6m) share of the €12m contract, which covers a 5km-long extension, with 4.5km elevated on bridges and five aerial stations.
The project is part of the transport development plan of the public transportation authority of the region of Toulouse, which will expand the current two-line network of the subway to the south and to two big industrial zones. The cost estimate for the total expansion project is €168m, excluding materials and equipment.
