The consortium includes BAM, Arup, Claus & Kaan Architects, ISS Integrated Facility Services and DGMR.
The building will have 15,000m2 of offices and court rooms and an underground parking lot. The project also includes demolishing the former AXA building as well as the French Embassy. Poort van Den Haag’s 30-year contract covers the project’s design, build, finance, maintenance and operations.
The public-private partnership contract will be signed on 21 December. Work will begin in 2013 and the building will be handed over to the users in 2015.
