Aster Homes will provide design and build services to businesses within Aster Group and other housing associations. It will construct new affordable housing and homes for open market sale in Wiltshire, Somerset, Hampshire, Devon and Cornwall. The new company will offer a wide range of services including large-scale regeneration, land purchase and development agency services.
To officially unveil the new business, Aster Homes organised a special launch event, held at the offices of sister company Flourish Homes in Wells, Somerset. Guests were able to meet members of the Aster Homes team, find out more about the new company, and even take part in some miniature motor racing on a giant Scalextric track.
Steve Blake, Aster Homes managing director, said: “We’re very excited about the formation of Aster Homes which will open up a wide range of new opportunities for us. Bringing together the collective expertise we have within the Group will enable us to work more effectively with our partners to secure new development sites and deliver more high-quality housing across the region.”
