The office block (pictured below) used to be known as Triton Court but owner Resolution Property has rebranded it Alphabeta to attract commercial tenants from the creative industries.

Galliford Try was given the refurbishment job under a £36m contract in June 2103.

BBES will fully update the power, lighting, fire alarms, air, data and security systems to Category A standard. High ceiling levels will give the building has a sense of space and functionality for the occupants.

BBES will create pre-checked M&E systems at its ‘Modular Systems+’ facility in Wednesbury, which will reduce both the cost and time taken to install the complex systems required, over traditional on-site assembly methods.

BBES managing director Phil McGuire said: “We are delighted to have been awarded this major contract from Galliford Try, who we also recently successfully worked with on the Bridgend Parc Prison project. This award strengthens our position as a leading mechanical and electrical services contractor in the growing London commercial market.”
