The company had been in business since 1979 but its affairs are now being handled by insolvency specialist Mark Bowen of MB Insolvency, who was appointed on 1 November.
With its office and depot in Streetly, RW was approved by local authorities and Severn Trent Water to provide surfacing, drainage, highway and general civil engineering services, either as a main contractor or as a specialist subcontractor.
