The four-year non-binding framework agreement is for the provision of landscaping and civic construction works, divided into five regional lots, each worth an estimated £10m during the term of the agreement.
The works relate to all aspects of hard and soft landscaping, including surfacing, signage, lighting, street furniture, security fences, parks and shelters.
