The £13.7m South Kilburn regeneration programme area is expected to involve the development of approximately 1,800 homes. It is envisaged that development will provide new accommodation to allow tenants to be decanted from existing poor quality housing. This will create further vacant sites for redevelopment as part of the wider South Kilburn regeneration project.
The six selected development partners are:
