Mr Lawson is a former CEO of Construction for Merseyside and regional director of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a member of the Institute of Economic Development.
He joins CECA North West after working as a procurement and marketing consultant, primarily for organisations involved in civil engineering, construction and social housing.
Mr Lawson will be based in CECA’s Daresbury office and will act as a focal point between contractors, local government, and regional stakeholders.
