Conamar will reconfigure the buildings’ internal layouts and undertake a full installation of comfort cooling/heating and electrics. The buildings will also be completely redecorated and all works will be carried out in line with the strict constraints placed on Grade II* listed buildings.
The Holborn Links estate, which owns the properties, is a 4 acre estate with a diverse portfolio including office, retail, residential and educational properties.

The refurbishment works will be complete by the end of March 2012, following which the building will be ready for occupation.
