The project agreement with Immofinanz covers ventilation and air conditioning, cooling, electricity, information and communication services, security and safety, automation as well as heating and sanitation. It will also be installing its Krantz ceiling cooling systems in certain areas of the building.
The complex contains six buildings with a gross floor area of about 31,000m2 and it will host offices, catering and parking areas. Float features high-end design, which sets high requirements also for the technical installations. An LEED Gold building certificate is being targeted for the project, which will be completed in autumn 2018.
