EC Harris’s specialist contract solutions team seeks to help clients avoid, mitigate and resolve disputes. McCluskey will be based in Dubai and joins EC Harris from Hill International. He is a chartered arbitrator, chartered quantity surveyor and is an accredited mediator for the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR).
