Jim is an extremely experienced and successful asset manager having worked extensively across Europe, the USA and Asia. Prior to joining Faithful+Gould, Jim was a director at Turner & Townsend where he headed up their asset and property management business and before then he was a senior manager at RBS plc working on supply chain management solutions and change management.
Greg Fanning also joins Faithful+Gould as a regional director in the consultant’s pharmaceutical sector team where he will be focussing on extending delivery in the UK and Europe. Greg is an expert pharmaceutical quantity surveyor having previously worked in Switzerland as part of Merck Serono delivering project management controls for a new €415million Large Scale Biotech Project. Greg has worked in the sector since 1989 on projects throughout Europe developing cost and project control services for the pharmaceutical, bio-technology and chemical sectors for clients such as BP, GSK, Johnson & Johnson, Merck and Amgen.
