Fluor and Balfour Beatty land $798m Dallas road deal

Pegasus Link Constructors (PLC) is made up of Fluor Enterprises (55%) and Balfour Beatty Infrastructure (45%).

Selection of Pegasus Link Constructors enables it to enter contract negotiations with TxDOT.  A notice to proceed is expected in the first quarter of 2013. 

The Horseshoe Project’s scope of work includes work on the I-30 and I-35E as well as construction of two signature bridges designed by Santiago Calatrava.

The PLC team also includes Parsons Brinckerhoff (lead designer), Aecom (design), Raba Kistner Consultants (independent construction quality assurance support and independent environmental compliance support), Kleinfelder Central  (geotechnical engineering), VMS (capital maintenance) and a number of local engineering consultants.
