The company has its main offices based near Montpellier in France and employs about 30 people.
It has a strong client base in the nuclear, mining and engineering markets. Geoter operates in French-speaking markets worldwide and will support the Fugro group.
The acquisition builds on Fugro’s strategy to provide its clients with fully-integrated geo-solutions.
