The framework is set to run for two years, with an option to extend it for a further two years. Estimated total value of work in the first two years is put between £25m and £130m.
The contract is divided into 60 lots, ranging from soil remediation to timber fencing to fire sprinkler systems to Japanese knotweed removal. In fact, pretty much no trade is left uncovered.
Up to six contractors will be appointed for each lot. Although tenders may be submitted for more than one lot, only one contractor may be appointed for multiple lots.
